With Agility Mail you can create Folders to store important e-mails centrally so that other colleagues can access shared information easily and without having to search through hundreds of e-mails. Create folders “per Project” or “Client” for example and keep everyone in the loop.
Do you want a shared mailbox which others can review incoming messages, or perhaps want a dedicated e-mail address for some correspondence you want kept outside your main inbox? With an e-mail enabled folder, you can associate an e-mail address with a Shared Folder and have e-mail filtered automatically into it. No dragging/dropping required! Neat.
